From an early age, Ms Fifield performed in countless dance groups and theatre schools, where she performed as The Wicked Witch of the West in The Wizard of Oz and a main dancer in A Christmas Carol. Her passion led her to attending The University of the West of England, where she earned her Drama Degree with a proud 2:1. Alongside her degree, Ms Fifield performed as part of the university's cheerleading team. Now, at Encore Theatre Group, Ms Fifield brings her creative sparkle as both director and lead choreographer, to encourage and inspire the next generation.

Ms Mitchell graduated from Oxford Brookes University and has been a primary school teacher since 2016. Early in her career, she became Music Lead and saw how powerful music can be in building children's learning, confidence and creativity. Her love of drama began as a child at StageCoach, where she performed in many productions. Singing, dancing and playing instruments were a big part of her childhood. She now shares that same joy with her students. At Encore Theatre Group, Ms Mitchell brings an artistic flair as both director and lead voice coach to spark a passion in young performers.

How it all began...

In 2023, we took to the stage with the launch of our school Drama Club and the curtain hasn’t come down since! Since then, we’ve created and performed a fantastic variety of shows, from productions of 'The Wizard of Oz', 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' and 'Oliver!' to our themed showcases, 'Pop Through the Ages' and 'A Disney Showcase'. Each performance has given our pupils the opportunity to shine on stage while building confidence, teamwork and performance skills that last a lifetime.

Now, we’re stepping into an exciting new act: reaching beyond the school gates to share the joy of theatre with the wider community and make a real difference through the power of the performing arts.
